Finished this beautiful custom home in the UTC area of San Diego in a two-tone smooth Santa Barbara color coat. We further protected the structure, finish and owners by using our Lamina Crack Reduction system where we install a heavy mesh mat applied with a waterproofing polymer adhesive coat, essentially wrapping the base plaster coat in a second structure. We then finished it with Merlex smooth coat stucco. And of course our signature aluminum reglets to accent the modern..minimalist style of this gorgeous building.
